Shipping Information
All saunas and cold plunges ship via truck freight from our warehouse in Richmond, VA, to locations across the continental U.S. and Canada. We offer curbside (direct-to-consumer) delivery as well as white glove service options. Each shipment is palletized and requires lift gate service upon delivery. If the freight carrier encounters issues accessing the customer’s property, a third-party delivery service may be required. Any additional fees will be communicated before the final delivery is arranged.

Safe Handling
To reduce the risk of damage in transit, every unit is securely strapped to a pallet using heavy-duty banding. The exterior is protected with polystyrene foam and packaging materials with a minimum burst strength of 200, providing maximum durability during shipping.

Delivery Notifications
You will receive an email notification with tracking details once the item has left the warehouse. The freight company will contact the customer directly before delivery to schedule a time window, ensuring someone is present to inspect and accept the order.

Warranty Policy

Our products are backed by a comprehensive 10-2-2 warranty for peace of mind and long-term reliability:

• 10-Year Warranty on the acrylic shell for protection against water leaks due to defects in materials or workmanship. (Repair or replacement)

• 2-Year Warranty on the acrylic shell covering cracks, blisters, peeling, or delamination caused by material defects. (Repair or replacement)

• 2-Year Warranty on all major components, including the pump(s), heater, and control system. (Repair or replacement)

• 90-Day Warranty on all other components, such as the spa cover, headrests, and LED lighting. (Repair or replacement)

Filing a Warranty Claim

Our spas are built with quality and care, resulting in a low rate of warranty claims. However, if service or parts are needed, customers should first reach out to our technical support team at 866-220-7405 for assistance in troubleshooting the issue.

If a technician determines that repair or replacement is necessary, they will coordinate directly with the customer. Alternatively, customers can initiate a claim by emailing us at support@luxurybathsupply.com.

Warranty issues will be resolved through repair or shipment of replacement parts. Please note that damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or acts of nature are not covered under this policy. The 10-2-2 warranty outlined in the certificate is the sole warranty offered—no other express or implied warranties apply.

Cancellations & Returns
Products can be returned within 20 days of the original shipping date, provided they are unused and in resaleable condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and crates. If returned items are damaged due to inadequate packaging, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Returns due to buyer’s remorse or non-defective issues will incur a return fee equal to the original shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items
Customers are required to inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Any damages or defects must be reported within 20 days of delivery. We will replace or repair any defective items at no additional cost once notified within this period. After 30 days, any issues will fall under our standard warranty policy.
